Retail Sales Representative

As a Retail Sales Representative, you will represent Frontier, a major telecommunications provider, engaging customers face-to-face and guiding them to services that meet their needs. You’ll play a key part in creating a positive in-store experience while using your sales skills to recommend the best options available.
Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Representative:
- Interact with customers in person, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
- Present Frontiers provides high-quality internet, television, and communication solutions in a compelling and informative way.
- Build rapport with customers and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences and budget.
- Clearly explain Frontiers service options, pricing, and features to help customers make informed decisions.
- Assist customers with new account setups, service upgrades, and plan changes during their visit.
- Contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets set for Retail Sales Representatives through strong product knowledge and customer service.
Qualifications of a Retail Sales Representative:
- Previous experience as a Retail Sales Representative or in customer service is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
