The Role

As an Events Marketing Assistant, you’ll represent brands and campaigns through face-to-face promotional events, retail activations, and community-based campaigns throughout the Houston area.

You’ll engage directly with customers, answer questions, introduce products and services, and help create positive and memorable event experiences.

No two days are exactly the same, making this role ideal for someone who enjoys energy, interaction, and teamwork.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working at live events, retail activations, and promotional campaign sites
  • Speaking directly with customers and event attendees
  • Creating positive first impressions and building rapport
  • Explaining promotions, campaigns, and service options clearly
  • Assisting customers throughout the registration or sales process
  • Working alongside a supportive events and leadership team
  • Contributing toward individual and team performance goals

  • Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or similar environments is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
