Community Engagement Assistant
Houston, TX | Full-Time | In-Person

Looking for a role where no two days feel the same?

We work with charities and nonprofit organisations throughout the Houston area, helping raise awareness through live events, retail pop-ups, and community outreach campaigns.

This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, career starters, or individuals with backgrounds in hospitality, retail, sports, customer-facing roles, or team-based settings who enjoy working with people in fast-paced environments.

The role combines communication, live events, teamwork, and professional development in a highly interactive setting.

Responsibilities

  • Represent charitable campaigns at live events and promotional locations
  • Engage with members of the public in a professional and friendly manner
  • Share information about nonprofit initiatives and community programs
  • Assist with supporter registrations and campaign engagement
  • Help create positive and memorable event experiences
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and development sessions

Compensation

Average weekly earnings of $850+ through a combination of base pay, commissions, and performance incentives.
