Sales Development Representative

Sales Development Representative (SDR) — Kaizntree

Kaizntree is building the next generation operational infrastructure for consumer brands (food & beverage).

We help fast-growing brands streamline inventory management, automate operational workflows, and scale without drowning in spreadsheets, emails, and manual admin work. Our customers range from emerging brands to some of the most exciting names in CPG, including brands like Van Leeuwen Ice Cream.

We’re growing quickly, have strong customer referenceability, and are looking for a highly driven SDR to help us generate more opportunities and scale to the next level.

This is an early-stage startup role for someone who loves competition, thrives on hustle, and wants to be in the trenches.

Your role is to generate pipeline and book meetings.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new leads through outbound outreach
  • Cold call potential customers daily
  • Send outbound emails and LinkedIn messages
  • Book qualified meetings for the founders
  • Research target accounts and decision makers
  • Follow up relentlessly and consistently
  • Support networking initiatives and events when relevant
  • Keep CRM and outreach activity organized
  • Help refine and improve outbound sales processes as we scale

  • Already have previous SDR, sales, or other customer-facing experience
  • Were an athlete, competitor, team captain, or naturally thrive in competitive environments
  • Are highly self-directed and don’t need constant micromanagement
  • Can handle rejection and keep moving
  • Have strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
  • Want to work at an early-stage startup where things move fast
  • Can make decisions on your own and in uncertain environments
  • Are hungry, resourceful, and excited to be building

What Success Looks Like

This role is measured primarily on:

  • Meetings booked
  • Outreach activity
  • Pipeline generated
  • Consistency and follow-through

The right person will become a core part of the company as we continue scaling. This role leads into being an AE.0

Compensation

Base salary + performance-based incentives tied to meetings booked and pipeline generated.
