Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator serves as the front line of customer experience, overseeing inbound lead conversion, showroom coordination, and customer engagement. This role is responsible for scheduling design consultations, supporting day-to-day operations, and ensuring every interaction reflects a polished, premium brand experience. 

 

This position requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to balance a fast-paced environment with exceptional customer service. Success in this role is measured through lead conversion performance, operational accuracy, showroom readiness, and the consistency of the customer experience from initial contact through handoff to the Design team.

Key Responsibilities: 

Respond promptly to inbound leads, schedule appointments for Designers, and deliver a premium customer experience across all interactions 

Maintain accurate CRM records, appointment details, and operational data  

Process services, warranties, and add-ons, including scheduling coordination and communication with clients  

Coordinate install scheduling and communication with the Install Team and clients 

Manage contract intake, including validating pricing, deposits, signatures, and job status updates  

Support showroom presentation, organization, and brand standards  

Assist with digital showroom updates, showroom hours, and marketing platform management  

Monitor and respond to customer feedback across social media and review platforms  

Partner with Designers, Sales Leadership, and Operations teams to ensure smooth customer handoffs and communication  

Support the General Manager and Sales Manager with operational, administrative, and business initiatives  

Escalate customer or operational issues proactively and assist with process improvements  

Take ownership of conversion performance, operational accuracy, and customer satisfaction 

 

Performance-Based Bonus Eligibility 

The Operations Coordinator role is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, tied directly to individual performance, leadership effectiveness, and delivery against defined expectations and business outcomes. 

 

Bonus eligibility is subject to the following conditions: 

Bonus eligibility is earned by meeting or exceeding defined performance expectations, demonstrated through consistent execution, adherence to role standards, and achievement of measurable results 

Active disciplinary action impacts bonus eligibility. Any written corrective action within the previous 6 months will result in the bonus being reduced or removed for the applicable bonus period 

Bonus eligibility requires sustained performance; employees on an active Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) are not eligible during this period 

New hires are not bonus-eligible during their first 90 days, allowing time to complete onboarding and establish consistent performance 

 

Bonus eligibility is reviewed in alignment with performance cycles and may be adjusted at leaderships’ discretion based on overall performance, accountability, and adherence to company standards. 

 

Additional Compensation & Benefits 

In addition to base compensation and performance-based bonus eligibility, the Customer Liaison/Showroom Coordinator role is eligible for the following additional compensation benefits: 

Monthly reimbursement of up to $50, intended to offset business-related mobile phone expenses 

Eligibility for reimbursement requires active employment in good standing and may be reviewed or adjusted based on role requirements or policy updates
