About Collegiate Mobile
Collegiate Mobile is a wireless company that is launching with a mission to connect people back to their university.
We are partnering with Auburn to launch War Eagle Mobile, which offers wireless plans specifically tailored to Auburn students, fans, staff, and alumni. We're building a strong presence on college campuses, and we're looking for a highly motivated and organized Campus Engagement Intern who will work directly with the rest of the War Eagle Mobile team as well as the athletic department and school leaders to organize and lead our onsite operations at Auburn. This is an exciting opportunity to build a work directly with your favorite school/team to help drive sales, develop student talent, and be the face of War Eagle Mobile on campus.
About the Role:
As the Campus Engagement Intern, you’ll play a key role in launching War Eagle Mobile at Auburn, driving both the day-to-day operations and the campus culture around the brand. This role is all about turning plans into action, bringing our go-to-market strategy to life through hands-on execution, creative campus events, and strong local partnerships.
You’ll lead the charge on everything, organizing activations around campus and athletic events.
From managing event logistics and inventory to building relationships across campus, you will make sure everything runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression. If it happens on campus and it touches our brand, you’re leading the charge.
Qualifications:
● Must currently live in or near Auburn, AL
● Experience in sales, customer service, or campus engagement
● Experience in leading projects, ideally involving student or volunteer groups
● Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
● Familiarity with college campus culture, Auburn sports, and student demographics is a plus
● The ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 50lbs) is a plus
● Social media content creation experience, such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop is a plus
● Must be available to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, to support campus events
● Currently enrolled in Auburn University is a plus

Responsibilities:
● Sales & Customer Engagement:
○ Host pop-up meet-and-greets during Auburn games and other on-campus events to showcase our plans and perks, effectively communicating the value proposition of our mobile phone services
○ Develop and implement strategies to drive engagement and build brand awareness within the campus community
○ Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
○ Help grow and manage a social media presence with the support from central marketing
● Student Center Management & Operations:
○ Work directly with the school athletic department to organize and run activation events at school gatherings (i.e. football tailgates, on-campus events, alumni events, etc.)
○ Help formulate the GTM and activation strategy for War Eagle Mobile (i.e. help formulate launch ideas, manage partnerships with local business, etc.)
○ Ensure compliance with all campus regulations and company policies.
● Event Logistics & Inventory Management:
○ Assist in the management of the inventory of all on-campus event equipment, including tents, banners, tables, promotional materials, and apparel.
○ Ensure equipment is properly stored, maintained, and readily available for events.
○ Coordinate the setup and breakdown of equipment for on-campus marketing events.
○ Help track the usage of event materials and manage reordering processes as needed.
