Company Description

Alpheva AI is building a Financial Operating System for $200K+ households. The platform helps users optimize taxes, investments, debt, insurance, spending, and long-term planning through intelligent insights, automation, and human-assisted guidance.

Alpheva brings together fragmented financial data into a single system that continuously identifies ways to save money, improve financial outcomes, and simplify decision making. By combining real-time data with AI-driven recommendations, the platform enables users to take action across their entire financial life.

Role Overview

This is not a coordination role. This is a build and own role.

You will work directly with the founders to define what Alpheva becomes over the next 12 to 24 months, then drive execution across product, growth, and operations to make that happen.

You are expected to operate like a mini founder. You will identify problems, decide what matters, ship fast, and own outcomes.

If you prefer well-defined roles, this will not work.

What You Will Own

  • Own 0 to 1 and 1 to N product initiatives across onboarding, engagement, and monetization
  • Drive measurable improvements in activation, retention, and revenue
  • Design and launch AI-driven financial workflows that directly impact user savings and financial outcomes
  • Build systems for advisor and client interaction that scale without heavy human involvement
  • Define and iterate on pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy
  • Identify and execute high-leverage growth opportunities including partnerships and distribution

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Execution

  • Define product roadmap with clear hypotheses tied to business outcomes
  • Ship fast and iterate based on real user behavior, not opinions
  • Write crisp product specs and drive execution with engineering and design
  • Kill low-impact ideas quickly and double down on what works

Customer Insight & Metrics

  • Develop a deep understanding of user financial behavior across spending, debt, investing, insurance, and taxes
  • Instrument and track core metrics across activation, engagement, retention, and monetization
  • Turn messy data and feedback into clear product decisions

Strategic Projects

  • Evaluate new product lines, distribution channels, and partnerships
  • Work on founder-level problems across product, growth, and operations
  • Help build internal systems that allow Alpheva to scale without chaos

Execution & Leadership

  • Drive multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
  • Work across engineering, AI, growth, and operations without waiting for direction
  • Hold a high bar for speed, clarity, and output

What We Are Looking For

Must Have

  • Proven track record of shipping products or driving measurable business outcomes
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to simplify complex problems
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
  • High ownership and low ego
  • Bias for action and speed

Strong Signals

  • Experience at a high-growth startup or having built something from scratch
  • Experience in fintech, AI products, or consumer platforms
  • Comfort working with data, experimentation, and rapid iteration
  • Clear thinking and strong written communication
