Position Overview

Chick n Dips is seeking a motivated and energetic Business Intern to support day-to-day business operations, marketing initiatives, customer engagement, and growth projects. This internship is ideal for students or early-career professionals interested in entrepreneurship, business management, marketing, hospitality, or startups.

The Business Intern will gain hands-on experience working directly with leadership and contributing to real business initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily business operations and administrative tasks
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional efforts
• Help manage social media engagement and content planning
• Conduct market research and analyze customer trends
• Assist with event planning, partnerships, and community outreach
• Help organize business documents, schedules, and reports
• Support customer service and brand experience initiatives
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for business growth and strategy

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Interest in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, or hospitality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools
• Experience with Canva, Excel, Google Workspace, or marketing tools is a plus
• Current college student or recent graduate preferred but not required
