Key Responsibilities

Franchisee Onboarding & Store
Development

  • Support onboarding for all new franchisees once leases are secured
  • Coordinate onboarding communication, training schedules, accommodations, and operational materials for Store Immersion Training
  • Maintain and update store opening checklists, timelines, and operational trackers
  • Schedule and participate in weekly calls with franchisees throughout the pre-opening process
  • Monitor completion of operational requirements and communicate outstanding action items to franchisees and internal teams
  • Assist franchisees with store readiness, hiring support, and operational organization as needed
  • Coordinate approval processes for store signage and operational materials

Operations & Franchise Support

  • Prepare and organize operational and training materials for franchise meetings and store launch support
  • Serve as a liaison between franchisees and internal departments to ensure timely communication and follow-up

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in franchise operations, retail operations, project coordination, business analysis, or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing responsibilities independently

Preferred Skills

  • Retail or franchise industry experience
  • Experience coordinating projects, timelines, or operational processes
  • Strong analytical and organizational mindset
  • Ability to build positive relationships with franchise owners and cross-functional teams
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
