As the Organizational Development VISTA, you will build capacity for Habitat’s work and mission by developing a volunteer recruitment plan, fundraising strategies, and outreach campaigns – enabling Habitat for Humanity to build and repair more homes in Portage County.  The ideal candidate will have some basic office skills with the ability to use MicroSoft and Google programs.  Responsibilities will include drafting meeting agenda and minutes,  updating the website,  and organizing and updating the filing structure used by volunteers.  The position will be for a 30-hour work week with a hybrid schedule.
