Customer Service Associate

About Us

VIVE Create Future is a fast-growing, design-led soccer apparel brand on a mission to create futures through sport. We partner with youth soccer clubs nationwide and operate a growing e-commerce channel. Small team, big momentum — and we're bringing on someone this summer to help us scale.

 

The Role

This is a high-impact, hands-on position working directly with our CEO and VP of Operations. 

 

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and track all B2B wholesale and e-commerce orders end-to-end; flag any delays or issues before they become problems
  • Serve as the liaison between the CEO and VP of Operations on order status and fulfillment
  • Manage the inbound customer service email inbox and phone line — responding to club partners and customers professionally
  • Assist with pick & pack for small custom orders during peak periods
  • Operate a heat press machine to apply club logos, names, and numbers to garments (training provided)
  • Support the CEO on special projects including research, partner communications, and process documentation

 

What We're Looking For

  • Organized, proactive, and cool under pressure in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication — you represent our brand
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets, Gmail, and picking up new tools quickly (Shopify experience a plus)
  • Physically able to perform light warehouse tasks (standing, lifting up to 30 lbs, heat press operation)
  • Passion for soccer, youth sports, or apparel is a genuine plus

 

Details

Pay: $22/hour

Type: Temporary (May–August), potential to convert to permanent

Location: San Diego, CA

Hours: 32+ Hours Per Week
