Marketing Intern
Compass of Hope is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support outreach, community engagement, and brand awareness initiatives across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine. This internship offers hands-on experience working on meaningful projects within the mental health field, including content creation, campaign development, market research, and admin support. Working closely with the Marketing Specialist, the intern will help strengthen community connections, increase awareness of services, and contribute fresh ideas that support organizational growth.
Objectives
- Support marketing campaigns that increase awareness of Compass of Hope services and programs
- Assist with outreach initiatives that strengthen community partnerships and referral relationships
- Research opportunities to expand client growth across counseling, psychiatry, and neuropsychological testing services
- Contribute to brand storytelling, messaging, and communications efforts
- Monitor consumer trends, feedback, and engagement to identify areas of opportunity
- Contribute creative ideas that strengthen community presence and impact
Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Specialist in planning, developing, and executing marketing initiatives
- Create content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and promotional campaigns
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify outreach and growth opportunities
- Support partnership-building efforts with organizations, schools, providers, and community groups
- Complete administrative and organizational tasks as needed
- Skills and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media trends
- Curious, respectful, and eager to learn
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and dependable
- Preferred Qualifications
- Proactive desire to go above and beyond role requirements
- Experience with Canva
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Experience with Website Content Management
