Commercial Real Estate Underwriting Analyst (New Grad)
Encore Finance — NYC (Mid-town)
What You’ll Do
- Analyze investment financials + property cash flows
- Support underwriting memos + deal recommendations
- Coordinate, organize and review financial statements, credit reports, and property data
- Learn SFR, BTR + multifamily modeling from experienced underwriters
- Work with Origination, Credit, and Capital Markets
- Contribute to special projects in Credit Ops + Asset Management
You’re a Fit If You Have
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or similar
- Coursework or internship experience in commercial real estate or lending
- Financial modeling exposure (Excel, cash flow, valuation)
- Strong attention to detail + analytical mindset
- Real interest in real estate in a team environment
