Job Title: Application Support Analyst
Location: East Moline, IL
Pay Rate: $23-$24/hr
Duration: 12+ Month Contract(possible extension)
🏢 Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote

We are looking for candidates with hands-on Application Support experience supporting software applications or business systems. Candidates with only desktop, networking, or infrastructure support experience will not be considered.

✅ 1+ years of Application support or software application support experience
✅ Experience troubleshooting application or system issues
✅ Strong communication & customer support skills
✅ Knowledge of SQL, APIs, MFA, or Microsoft technologies is a plus
✅ Basic understanding of GAAP/accounting concepts preferred
✅ Experience with dealership applications or ITIL concepts is a plus
