Marketing Coordinator

Hardaway Construction is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support and maintain our digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and eager to grow in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute day-to-day marketing efforts and help tell the story of our projects, people, and partnerships.

 

Specific Roles and Duties: 

The role of Marketing Coordinator at Hardaway Construction Corp. is a creative position supporting the Marketing Manager. The primary focus of this role will be social media management, content creation, and maintaining Hardaway’s digital presence. This role plays an important part in telling the story of our work and ensuring our brand is consistently represented across all channels. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Nashville, TN.

 

Essential Job Duties:

  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking. 
  • Create and organize content for bi-monthly e-newsletter. 
  • Maintain and update company website with news and construction project information as needed. 
  • Maintain internal company website with content, calendar events, etc. as needed.
  • Assist with and attend company/industry events, supporting coordination and on-site execution for internal events, client events, career fairs, and conferences/expos.
  • Assist with internal company communications on behalf of the executive team, helping draft and distribute announcements and updates.
  • Manage and coordinate the President’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, tracking key events, and ensuring alignment with company priorities.
  • Other duties as assigned. 
  • Assist in the design and development of marketing materials, including presentations, social media graphics, and print collateral. 

 

Qualifications – Desired Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related fields
  • Familiarity with a variety of social media platforms, trends, and analytics 
  • Interest in photography and videography, a major plus for social media and marketing material creation
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and professional content
  • Experience in Graphic Design & video editing tools, primarily Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop & Premier Pro)
  • Experience or familiarity with commercial construction, architecture and engineering (AEC) a plus
