Position Overview
Veritas Realty is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our growing commercial real estate team. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate with a degree in Marketing who is passionate about commercial real estate and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The Marketing Associate will assist with property marketing, social media management, market research, and the creation of marketing materials that support brokerage activities and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company social media channels with a cohesive strategy while introducing fresh ideas and engaging content
- Collaborate with brokers to prepare marketing materials for property listings, including:
- Property analyses
- Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) packages
- Market comparables
- Conduct local market research and stay informed on commercial real estate industry trends
- Maintain and organize databases for:
- Contacts
- Sale and lease comparables
- Property listings and websites
- Capture updated on-site property photos for marketing and promotional use
- Build industry relationships through networking events and local organizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Interest in commercial real estate
- Working knowledge of:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to suggest process and marketing improvements
