Human Resources Intern

Job Duties for 13 weeks:

  • Digitize personnel files
  • Organize and or archive personnel and other administrative files
  • Create employee announcement and recognition templates
  • Organize and plan, potentially implement employee activities and/or events
  • Promote employee engagement programs                     
  • Collaborate in the create/enforcement of dress code and PPE policies         
  • Audit preparation to include the review of training checkslists, completion and digitizing of the same. 
  • Identification and creation of onboarding, termination, and other flowcharts and process improvement
  • Other tasks as identified and assigned

Requirements:

  • A current college Sophomore or Junior
  • Pursuing a Business or Human Resources degree
  • Hold at least a 3.0 GPA
  • Microsoft Suite experience
  • Excellent communication skills
