- Manage product positioning and messaging across industries including education, manufacturing, retail, nonprofit, and car wash
- Build and optimize landing pages in Webflow for campaigns, verticals, product launches, and paid advertising
- Manage SEO optimization efforts including metadata, website structure, keyword-focused content, and blog organization
- Create and manage customer stories, case studies, and testimonial content
- Design and manage trade show and event marketing assets including booth graphics, signage, promotional materials, follow-up emails, and social campaigns
- Create digital advertising creatives and campaign messaging for LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook groups, email marketing, and social media
- Manage CRM and marketing workflows including HubSpot campaigns, UTM tracking, personalization, and nurture flows
- Support outbound prospecting efforts by identifying target accounts, researching contacts, and coordinating outreach initiatives
- Create and manage outbound email sequences to support lead generation and demo bookings
- Create UI mockups, wireframes, and product concepts in Figma and Illustrator for internal product discussions
- Write product announcements, launch campaigns, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media content
- Maintain brand consistency across digital, print, web, product, and event marketing materials
- Analyze campaign and search performance to optimize messaging, targeting, landing pages, and conversion efforts
- Create educational onboarding materials, setup guides, tutorial videos, and support documentation for customers and partners
