Customer Service Representative
Full-Time | Bilingual English/Mandarin Required | Starting at $25/hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the face of the agency — first point of contact for clients and prospects
- Build lasting relationships and identify client needs to present tailored coverage solutions
- Generate leads and follow up on new business opportunities to support agency growth
- Process policy changes and resolve inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate client records and collaborate with the team to hit production targets
- Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to serve our diverse community
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) — REQUIRED
- Cantonese proficiency is a strong plus
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active California Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license
- Prior experience in insurance, sales, customer service, or financial services
- Familiarity with CRM or agency management software
- Prior experience in insurance, sales, banking, or financial services
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Hourly base salary starting at $25/hour, plus commission and performance bonuses
