Field Sales Brand Representative

Field Sales + Brand Representative (Beverage Startup) 
Esprizio | Los Angeles, CA
Part-time (15–20 hrs/week) | Summer 2026
$18/hr + mileage + performance bonuses

About Esprizio
Esprizio is a sparkling espresso spritz — organic espresso, bright citrus, and bubbles inspired by Italy and born in California. We're a founder-led beverage startup launching across LA's natural and independent grocery scene, and we're looking for someone excited to help build a brand from the ground up.

The Role
You'll work directly with Esprizio's founder supporting our SoCal retail launch. This is part field sales, part brand ambassador, part startup operator. You'll be visiting stores, building relationships, dropping samples, helping open new accounts, and seeing firsthand how an early-stage food & beverage brand grows.

What You'll Do

  • Visit independent grocery, café, and specialty retail accounts across LA
  • Introduce Esprizio to buyers and managers
  • Drop samples and support account follow-up
  • Help coordinate demos and in-store activations
  • Track store visits and account activity
  • Capture occasional photo/video content from the field
  • Share feedback on what you're seeing and hearing in market

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Loves food, beverage, coffee, or emerging brands
  • Is outgoing and comfortable talking to new people
  • Is organized, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Has a valid driver's license and access to a car
  • Can lift and transport cases (~20 lbs)
  • Is available ~15–20 hrs/week

Compensation

  • $18/hr
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Performance bonuses tied to accounts opened and reorders
