SharePoint & AI Readiness Intern
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech‑savvy SharePoint & AI Readiness Intern to support our Client Services organization. This role will focus on updating and maintaining our department’s SharePoint environment while helping modernize training materials and prepare our knowledge systems for future AI initiatives.
With current resource constraints, this position plays a critical role in cleaning up existing content, improving usability, and ensuring information is structured, accessible, and scalable. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in digital collaboration tools, content management, and AI-ready data practices within a real-world business environment.
What You’ll Do
As an intern, you’ll support structured, high-impact work, including:
- Update, reorganize, and maintain SharePoint sites across Client Services
- Review and modernize training materials for accuracy, clarity, and usability
- Standardize content structure, naming conventions, and site navigation
- Collaborate with team members to validate content and gather missing information
- Improve tagging, metadata, and formatting to support future AI initiatives
- Consolidate and organize training resources into a centralized library
- Assist in developing content standards and lightweight governance documentation
