Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on developing new customer relationships online, handling inquiries, and introducing our third-party inspection services. Occasionally, the position also involves participating in trade shows and exhibitions to support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers through online platforms, email, and other digital channels.
  • Respond to presales inquiries, provide service information, and guide potential clients through the inspection service process.
  • Prepare and send quotations, follow up with prospects, and support contract signing
  • Maintain strong communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term cooperation.
  • Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to meet clients, present company services, and support business development.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports and contribute to achieving team sales targets.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, e-Commerce, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships online.
  • Good problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable with online communication tools (e.g., email, WhatsApp, WeChat, Zoom).
  • Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
