Bookkeeping Assistant

EMPLOYMENT STATUS:             Part-Time

ACCOUNTABLE TO:                    Finance Manager

PURPOSE: 

To assist with all aspects of the organization's bookkeeping of income and expenses and provide a superior experience to both donors and missionaries.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    Donation Management – Assist with all areas of donor management, including the processing of donations, depositing of checks, receipting of all donations, and inputting donations into our donor management system.

2.    Bookkeeping – Shall regularly code transactions in our accounting system.

3.    Other Financial Functions – Help perform other financial functions, such as communicating declined donations with donors and keeping a proper paper trail for all donations and expenses.

4.    Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Executive Team. Shall assist in the organization's administration as requested by the Executive Team.

PAY: $15-$16 hour
