Looking to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, or business operations? Join The Job Center Staffing this summer for a paid internship where you’ll gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

As a Recruiting & Staffing Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced staffing professionals to support recruiting, onboarding, candidate engagement, and day-to-day office operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Source and screen candidates for open positions
• Conduct candidate outreach and interview scheduling
• Support onboarding and new hire paperwork
• Assist associates on assignment and provide customer service
• Help maintain accurate staffing records and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with computers, email, and Microsoft Office
• Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Recruiting, customer service, or office experience is helpful, but we will train the right candidate
