Project Management Operations Intern
Role: Project Management Operations Intern at KeyPoint Construction LLC www.keypointco.com
The candidate should be interested in working in a dynamic construction environment. This role combines on job-site physical construction contributions, material procurement, safety management and administrative activities.
Pay: $16/hr Work hours: 40 hours a week Monday – Friday (occasional weekend OT available)
Work location(s): 1/3 remote, 1/3 on-site /on road (Philadelphia/surrounding Suburbs) 1/3 in office located in Fort Washington, PA
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Report to Owner regularly on job status and conditions in the field as they relate to resources and timing.
Identify and set up needed site protection and dust containment where lacking– i.e. caution tape, cones, plastic, drop cloths, etc.
Take photos of projects, save to shared drive and for Owner and/or end client status updates.
Check in with foreman and laborers in the field regarding site materials.
Provide additional helping hand on site – i.e. moving materials, participating in demolition efforts, retrieving tools for foreman and laborers to create efficiencies and/or speed when needed.
Procure best required materials from vendors including Home Depot, Lowes, supply houses, online, etc. Keep track of all receipts. Pay using predominately prepaid card, call payment, online cashed credentials. Ensure OSAH compliant, clean jobsite without hazards.
Ensure protective gear is being worn on site and in good condition. This includes eye protection, gloves, ear protection -Have secondary set of protective gear available and on person when needed.
Be responsible for providing access to subcontractors and locking up and securing job sites at times.
Change order expense tracking in excel and saving files to shared drives.
Sustain strong working relationships with vendors, industry colleagues and clients.
Additional responsibilities/Secondary tasks where proficient or an interest is taken
Finance oriented tasks that align with intended college major including invoice creation and reconciliation Post marketing material on website and various digital mediums including social media via corporate account - Linkedin, facebook
Update and maintain website with new site photos

Timing: Starting June 1st 2026. Ending August 28, 2026 (or earlier depending on summer availability) Somewhat flexible schedule regarding planned summer vacations.
