You’ll work out of our 30,000 sq ft state-of-the-art SaaS sales office in Charlotte alongside reps making $200K to $350K. This is a real sales floor with real energy, not a cubicle farm.
This is for grads who want to skip the entry-level salary trap. While your friends are grinding toward a $65K promotion in three years, you’ll be running your own deals by month 2 and earning based on what you actually produce.
What You’ll Make
• $45,000 base salary, paid weekly (you get paid while you train)
• Uncapped commission, up to 170% of revenue sold
• Realistic Year 1 earnings: $80K to $120K
• Top performers earned $350K+ in 2025
• Base grows to $85K through performance milestones
• Clear promotion path to senior Account Executive and leadership
What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn a proven sales process from people who’ve done it
• Make 70 to 80 outbound calls per day to small business owners
• Sell digital marketing and SaaS solutions that genuinely help their businesses
• Set appointments for senior reps during your first weeks
• Run your own full sales cycle (prospect to close) by month 2
• Get daily coaching, call reviews, and real feedback

• Comfortable talking to strangers on the phone (or willing to get comfortable fast)

Schedule & Location
• On-site at our 30,000 sq ft Charlotte sales office
• Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM EST
• First week of training: 9AM to 6PM EST
