Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, supporting account growth, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire client journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, shops, installers, and industry professionals.
- Conduct outbound follow-ups via phone, email, and WhatsApp to support customer engagement and account growth.
- Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and solutions tailored to their business needs.
- Ensure excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Support onboarding for new customers and help maintain long-term client satisfaction.
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and customer support.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and contribute to company growth.
- Educate customers on EVOLV products, services, and best practices.
- Maintain a proactive approach to follow-ups, customer retention, and account management.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with customers proactively.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Passion for the automotive, graphics, or interior design industry is a plus.
