Job Title: Sales Operations Associate

Location: Long Island City (LIC), NY – On-Site
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $55,000/year

Responsible for customer communications, contractor support, and marketing related to HVAC business, assisting with project execution and brand promotion.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Communicate with homeowners to understand their needs and schedule technician visits
  • Maintain regular communication with contractors, answer product and project-related questions, and follow up on leads and product promotion
  • Handle inbound inquiries from homeowners and HVAC contractors, assisting them through the sales process
  • Respond to customer inquiries about products, installation, and projects via Instagram/Tiktok DMs
  • Track project progress and coordinate communication between homeowners, technicians, and contractors

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiar with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and client communications simultaneously
