Position Overview
We are seeking a Remote Marketing & Sales Intern to assist with community outreach, lead management, and marketing optimization. This role combines research, organization, communication, and marketing analysis.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and interested in learning real-world marketing and sales systems.
This internship provides hands-on experience working with:
- Community outreach initiatives

- Business growth strategy
This is a fully virtual position, allowing flexible remote work while supporting our growth efforts throughout Cobb, Cherokee, and Paulding counties.
Responsibilities
Community Outreach & Expansion Research
- Research community centers, recreation programs, churches, schools, and local organizations in Cobb, Cherokee, and Paulding counties
- Compile and maintain organized contact lists and outreach databases
- Identify potential opportunities for after-school programs, clubs, camps, and martial arts partnerships
- Track outreach efforts and follow-up communications
Lead Management & Sales Support
- Review incoming leads inside GoHighLevel (CRM)
- Help ensure leads are contacted promptly and consistently
- Identify gaps in lead follow-up processes
- Assist with appointment scheduling and lead tracking
- Monitor pipeline activity and lead status updates
Marketing Coordination
- Work alongside our digital marketing agency to review campaign performance
- Help identify areas where leads may be falling through the cracks
- Assist in improving follow-up systems and customer communication
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving lead conversion
Administrative & Reporting Tasks
- Maintain organized spreadsheets and reports
- Track key marketing and lead metrics
- Prepare weekly updates and summaries
- Assist with special projects as needed
