- Assist with Episode Distribution: Support the production team by uploading completed podcast episodes and video content to platforms such as Libsyn and YouTube.
- Monitor the Production Inbox: Help manage the production email inbox by tracking edit requests, communications, and partner needs, while notifying producers of any important updates.
- Creative Collaboration: Contribute ideas and feedback to improve video editing, thumbnails, captions, and overall short-form content strategy.
- Content Distribution Support: Send finalized Shorts and video assets to podcast hosts with ready-to-share captions to help increase visibility and audience engagement.
- Social Media Support: Draft social media copy to promote podcast episodes and Shorts across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other PFN platforms.
- Special Projects: Support podcast-related initiatives and internal projects aligned with your interests, skills, and professional growth.
