Marketing and Operations Intern

Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Support

  • Assist with creating and scheduling LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media content
  • Help draft captions, promotional copy, email campaigns, and newsletters
  • Support podcast promotion and content repurposing
  • Assist with graphic creation and campaign organization
  • Track and organize marketing performance metrics and engagement data

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Assist with managing spreadsheets, documents, and organizational systems
  • Help coordinate communication with students, universities, partners, and sponsors
  • Support scheduling, follow-ups, and email correspondence
  • Maintain organized records and assist with process improvements

Event & Program Coordination

  • Support planning and logistics for conferences, leadership programs, and networking events
  • Assist with outreach to universities and professional organizations
  • Help manage participant communications and program materials
  • Assist with survey collection, feedback tracking, and reporting

Strategic & Creative Projects

  • Help brainstorm engagement ideas and campaign concepts
  • Support partnership and sponsorship initiatives
  • Assist with research related to actuarial education, leadership development, and student engagement
  • Contribute ideas for improving organizational efficiency and visibility
