Community Growth & Operations Intern

Regala is a startup building AI compliance and surveillance infrastructure for prediction markets. Our team includes Stanford founders and ex-Google/Amazon engineers. We're backed by Pareto Holdings in addition to early investors in Kalshi and Polymarket.

We're hiring a Community Growth & Operations Intern to support day-to-day execution across community building, events, growth, and operations.

What You'll Work On
- Coordinating team check-ins, standups, and day-to-day operational logistics
- Supporting events, workshops, and community programs
- Creating content, campaigns, and onboarding flows
- Conducting user research and gathering ecosystem feedback
- Supporting recruiting efforts through events, referral networks, and direct outreach

Requirements
- Sociable, proactive, and comfortable engaging with communities and users
- Understanding of platform dynamics, internet culture, and content distribution
- Strong execution ability and willingness to move quickly
- Available to relocate to San Francisco for the summer
