EcoSave Group is building an AI-powered operating system across sales, field operations, customer experience, recruiting, finance, and energy services. This internship is for a student interested in practical AI, automation, data workflows, and business operations — working directly inside a growing Massachusetts company, not on simulated projects.

For the right candidate, this internship offers a clear pathway to a permanent, full-time position with the opportunity to eventually take full ownership of our AI initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Help map business workflows and identify automation opportunities
- Assist with AI tools, reporting, dashboards, and internal process documentation
- Support data cleanup and operational tracking across sales, field, and customer workflows
- Work with leadership on measurable business-process improvements

Qualifications:
- Interest in AI, automation, business operations, data, or information systems
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Comfortable learning new software quickly
- Some coursework or experience in CS, data analytics, business, operations, or related field preferred
