Business Administration Intern
Position Overview
The Business Manager Intern will work directly with the Peerless Enterprise team to support the company’s Business Management Programs, Business Structure Programs, and Business Start Up Programs for both new and established business owners.
Interns will be assigned to client accounts and will play a hands on role in supporting business operations, organization, startup development, and day to day management. This internship is ideal for students who want real world experience working alongside entrepreneurs and growing companies.
This position requires professionalism, communication skills, leadership, and the ability to work in both office and onsite environments. Interns may participate in onsite business meetings, office visits, client consultations, startup meetings, and operational walkthroughs to better understand client needs and support business growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
Business Management Program Support
Assist with Peerless Business Management Programs for assigned clients
Support business owners with organization, operational tasks, and management support
Help monitor client goals, business progress, and project timelines
Business Structure & Start Up Program Support
Assist clients with business startup organization and documentation
Support business structuring and operational setup
Help organize business records, systems, and administrative processes
Assist with startup planning and business development support
Client & Operational Support
Communicate with assigned business owners regarding tasks and updates
Participate in onsite business meetings, office visits, and client consultations
Assist with identifying operational improvements and business needs
Administrative & Project Coordination
Support scheduling, reporting, and project management tasks
Maintain organized client records and internal documentation
Assist management with daily operational support and coordination
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, or related field
Strong communication and leadership skills
Professional and organized
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Self motivated with strong problem solving skills

Interns will complete an initial training period focused on company systems, client operations, and business management processes. After successful completion of training, interns will transition into a paid internship role with hands on experience supporting real businesses and client operations.
