Marketing Director
Holt Homes Group is looking for a creative, driven, and organized Marketing Director to help grow and elevate our brand through social media, video, YouTube, digital marketing, and content creation.
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or emerging professional who wants hands-on experience in marketing, branding, storytelling, and business growth within a fast-paced real estate environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and create content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
- Capture and edit photo/video content, including listings, team culture, events, community, and educational content
- Lead the charge on branding, marketing campaigns, and content strategy
- Maintain and update the company website and digital presence
- Create graphics, marketing materials, and promotional content
- Stay current on social media trends and marketing strategies
- Design team branded marketing material, including listing presentations, buyer presentations, mailers and print material
What We’re Looking For
- Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with social media, video, and content creation
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn, grow, and contribute ideas
Preferred Experience
- Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite or similar platforms
- Social media management
- Photography/videography experience is a plus
Education
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in:
- Marketing
- Communications
- Media
- Digital Marketing
- Public Relations
- Graphic Design
- Or related field
