Content Marketing Manager

We're looking for a hands-on content creator and marketing manager — someone who can own execution across every channel and medium Type Five operates in. You'll be doing the work yourself: concepting, producing, and delivering finished assets across social, paid, video, photography, and print.


You'll be the primary creative executor at Type Five, working closely under the creative direction of our Head of Design. You're here to be a real creative partner, capable of running with a brief, pushing back when something isn't right, and producing work that's both strategically sound and visually outstanding.
 

Some of the areas you'll own and contribute to:

  • Social Media Content
    • Produce all organic social content across platforms — static, motion, short-form video
    • Develop and maintain visual systems that keep content cohesive without feeling repetitive
    • Collaborate on content strategy and translate it into a steady, high-quality output cadence
  • Advertising & Paid Creative
    • Design and produce ad creatives across Meta, Google, and any other active paid channels
    • Build and iterate on creative variants for testing — adapting messaging, format, and visual treatment
    • Work directly with performance data to understand what's resonating and refine creative accordingly
  • Photography
    • Retouch photography for product, lifestyle, and brand storytelling needs
    • Art direct external photographers on larger shoots
    • Maintain and grow an organized, usable asset library
  • Art Direction & Brand
    • Uphold and evolve the Type Five visual identity across every touchpoint
    • Contribute to brand development: visual language, design systems, seasonal directions
  • Print & Production
    • Design and prepare print-ready files
    • Ensure quality control from file through to final printed output

       

You're a great fit if you have:
 

  • A passion for great aesthetics
  • A maybe-unhealthy amount of time spent on the internet
  • Prefer to work with a collaborative team in a high-impact environment
  • Strong design fundamentals, typography, layout, and color, with an eye trained by real art direction experience
  • Comfort with the full production stack: you know your way around Premiere or Final Cut as confidently as you know Figma or InDesign
  • Experience building and maintaining visual systems that scale, not just one-off beautiful files
  • Ability to manage your own time and juggle multiple active projects without things falling through the cracks
  • Good copywriting skills
