Social Content Coordinator

We are seeking:

 

An ambitious, creative, and highly organized full-time Social Content Coordinator with a strong eye for elevated, high-performing content and brand storytelling.

This role is ideal for someone who not only understands social media trends, but also has strong creative instincts and an appreciation for premium visual content. The ideal candidate has an eye for what makes content feel aspirational, engaging, and on-brand — and is excited to help shape how The Mint comes to life across organic social platforms.

We are looking for someone who is highly proactive, detail-oriented, visually driven, and excited to collaborate with the Brand & Creative team to execute best-in-class content that resonates with our customer.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Contributes ideas and leads production for Reels and TikToks
  • Coordinate and support in-house content filming, shot planning, product pulls, and content organization
  • Create High-level content through video filming and editing
  • Assist with shot planning, content organization, and creative coordination for campaigns and launches
  • Assist in shaping content that feels elevated, on-brand, and visually cohesive across platforms
  • Support content planning with an understanding of product storytelling, customer behavior, and social trends
  • Help identify opportunities to elevate content quality, pacing, hooks, and visual storytelling
  • Partner with Brand leadership to execute customer-facing content that aligns with The Mint aesthetic and brand standards

As our Social Content Coordinator, you will help bring The Mint’s brand to life through elevated, engaging social content that strengthens brand awareness, drives community engagement, and reflects our aspirational visual identity across digital platforms.

In addition to passion, excellence, and a do-what-it-takes attitude, we are looking for someone who: 

  • Education or experience in content creation, social media, creative production, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Portfolio or examples of previous short-form content work strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of short-form video, storytelling, pacing, hooks, and content trends
  • A strong visual eye and understanding of elevated brand aesthetics
  • Experience filming and editing high-quality short-form video content
  • Ability to recognize and create content that feels polished, engaging, and aligned with a premium customer experience
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments
  • A data-driven mindset – ready to test and optimize old and new marketing channels
  • A willingness to try new things with minimal fear of failure
  • A positive, energetic, professional attitude and customer focused mindset
  • Self-motivation and the ability to efficiently multitask
  • Passion for continuous improvement in an ever-changing environment
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and ability to work and think independently while taking ownership of projects to ensure they are fully implemented
  • Extreme attention to details and accuracy
