About You:

You are friendly, compassionate, and have a passion for helping others. You can talk to anyone and love getting to know people. You are able to work independently and are comfortable speaking with clients on the phone and in person. You always exhibit integrity in everything you do - you’re the same when others are watching and when they aren’t, and you can confidently handle confidential information.

Hours:

Full Time: M-F; 40 hours

Duties Include:

Answering phones and greeting clients when they come in

Directing clients to our conference room and offering refreshments

Printing materials for the attorney in advance of client consultations

Performing intake interviews with potential clients to determine if our firm is the right fit for the caller's needs

Scheduling client appointments

Scanning and filing documents

Preparing estate planning binders

Helping with client billing

Keeping the office tidy, watering plants, wiping down conference room table between clients, taking trash out, getting mail

Keeping office supplies stocked and ordering supplies in advance of running out

Managing exhibit tables at events the firm sponsors

You will be the first person potential clients speak to and see and you must be able to communicate effectively and speak compassionately to clients and potential clients who may be experiencing a recent loss or disability. Conversational skills are essential.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and conversational skills and ability to interact professionally and compassionately with clients

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and proofreading skills

Computer literacy and a quick learner with technology. We use many different computer programs specific to what we do.

Compensation and Benefits:

$35,000-$40,000
