About the Role
We are a growing telecommunications company helping organizations improve how they connect, communicate, and operate. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to work directly with local businesses, identify opportunities, and offer tailored solutions that improve efficiency and performance.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $42,000 – $78,000 annually
This includes a base salary plus commission.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with business owners and decision-makers
- Present and explain telecommunications solutions (internet, voice, and related services)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend customized solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
Qualifications
- Previous sales, customer service, or client-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable learning new technology and explaining it to others
- Reliable transportation for local travel within the Chicago area
Work Environment
- Combination of field-based and office/remote work
- Local travel required within the Chicago market
