The Visual Production intern will have the opportunity to work with a professional team devoted to bringing a quality, meaningful worship experience to the Real Life family every Sunday. This experience will be tailored to your individual needs to help you identify and develop the gifts God has given you to build His Kingdom.
Basic Requirements:
- Profess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior- This is an absolute requirement for all interns.

Responsibilities:
- Help prepare and produce weekend experience by creating Planning Center plans, checking lighting cues, building ProPresenter playlists, wrapping cables, and checking switcher macros.
- Develop an action plan for training additional operators to be proficient in managing weekend volunteer positions.
- Providing feedback for the weekend production experience.
- Assist in additional projects and events throughout the week.
General info:
Expect to be on the Real Life campus (1501 Steves Road, Clermont, FL 34711) at least 3 days per week and work 15-20 hours/week as arranged with your mentor.
Typical hours for most positions would be Sunday 8am-1pm plus 10-15 additional hours Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm. Must be flexible to hours outside of these hours with notice.
The internship is 12 weeks long from August 30, 2026, until November 20, 2026. The office is closed Labor Day.
Pay: $150.00 per week
