We are an established and growing staffing company seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Akron market. This branch specializes in factory, warehouse, and light industrial staffing with strong temp-to-hire business and significant growth potential still ahead.

This is not a “maintain the status quo” role. We are looking for someone excited to expand market share, drive sales growth, build client relationships, lead a successful recruiting team, and create a high-performance culture.

What You’ll Do

Drive Branch Growth

  • Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts throughout the Akron market
  • Increase branch revenue through business development, client retention, and service excellence
  • Identify opportunities to grow market share within manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and industrial sectors
  • Partner with local businesses to become a trusted workforce solution provider

Lead a High-Performing Team

  • Manage, coach, and motivate a team of recruiters and staffing professionals
  • Create accountability around recruiting activity, sales goals, fill ratios, retention, and customer satisfaction
  • Build a positive, energetic, results-driven culture
  • Train and develop employees for long-term success and advancement

Oversee Daily Staffing Operations

  • Ensure client orders are filled quickly and accurately
  • Recruit, interview, and place quality candidates in temp-to-hire and temporary positions
  • Utilize ATS/CRM systems effectively to manage recruiting pipelines, sales activity, and branch performance
  • Monitor branch operations, compliance, and service quality standards
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, candidates, and internal leadership

What We’re Looking For

We are searching for a dynamic leader who combines sales ability, operational strength, and people leadership.

Ideal Background

  • Staffing industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing a branch, recruiting team, or staffing operation
  • Proven success in B2B sales, account management, or business development
  • Experience in industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or light industrial staffing is highly valued
  • ATS/CRM experience required
  • AI forward - utilize tools for high productivity and faster customer service
