Leasing and Marketing Intern

Job description

The ideal candidate is fluent in both Mandarin and English. A GREAT SUMMER JOB! Responsibilities include assisting with leasing and marketing efforts — generating leads, showing apartments, closing leases, and providing excellent customer service. The intern will also support move-in processes, prepare lease documentation, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws while delivering an exceptional resident experience.
