Sales Development Representative

Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern – Summer 2026


 

Location: Onsite in Bend, Oregon

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST

Compensation: $16.30/hour

About the Role

ASI Business Group is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern to support our sales team in building and managing a strong pipeline of healthcare clients.


This is a hands-on, in-office opportunity to learn how a high-performing sales team operates, from prospecting to pipeline management, while working directly alongside an experienced Sales Manager.

 

You’ll play a key role in connecting with healthcare professionals and setting up meaningful conversations that drive business growth.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Research and qualify healthcare organizations and key decision-makers
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone and email to generate interest
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain consistent pipeline activity and follow-up cadence
  • Log detailed and accurate activity in Salesforce (CRM)
  • Collaborate in-office with your Sales Manager to refine messaging and strategy

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a 4-year Bachelor’s degree
