About the Opportunity

Tri State Realty Advisors is seeking a motivated and personable Summer Leasing Agent Intern to assist with leasing operations across our residential rental portfolio. This is a great opportunity for a college student or recent graduate interested in real estate, property management, sales, or customer service.

The intern will play a hands-on role in conducting apartment and home showings, communicating with prospective tenants, and supporting the leasing process.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with people in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person tours of apartments and rental homes
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, text, and email
• Follow up with prospective tenants after showings
• Maintain accurate records of showings, leads, and applications
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work weekends is required
• Interest in real estate, sales, property management, or business preferred

Schedule

• Weekend availability is required
• Two days off during the week
• Flexible scheduling available based on showing demand
