About the Role

Imperio Global is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as Sales Management Trainees.

This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales, leadership, business development, and management. Selected candidates will receive hands-on training while representing nationally recognized brands inside major retail locations throughout the Rochester area.

No prior experience is required; full training is provided.

Responsibilities

* Represent top national brands in retail environments
* Interact directly with customers and provide product information
* Assist with customer acquisitions and brand promotion
* Develop communication, leadership, and sales skills
* Work closely with team leaders and management staff
* Help support daily campaign and retail operations
