A mission-driven fintech company supporting small businesses across the United States is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and evolution of scalable frontend systems. This role sits at the intersection of engineering leadership and product experience, helping shape modern, high-performance web applications used in financial technology platforms.

You will act as a key technical leader, defining architecture standards, improving frontend quality, and guiding cross-team engineering efforts in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Role:

Requirements:

🎯 8+ years of experience in software engineering with strong technical leadership exposure

🧠 Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and system design

🎨 Strong eye for UI/UX collaboration, design systems, and component architecture
