Miles Treaster & Associates, a MillerKnoll Certified Dealer, is seeking a reliable and skilled Commercial Furniture Installer to support installation projects throughout the Sacramento area. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive pay, strong benefits, and long-term ownership potential.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Pay: $20 – $23 per hour (DOE)
Location: Sacramento, CA (some travel required)
Responsibilities
- Install commercial office furniture systems including workstations, casegoods, seating, and architectural products
- Load, transport, and offload product safely using company vehicles
- Drive box trucks (up to 26 ft) to transport furniture and materials to job sites
- Read and interpret installation drawings and plans
- Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Work collaboratively with project managers and team members to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Valid Federal CDL required
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Negative drug test required
- Favorable background check required
- Ability to lift and move heavy furniture consistently
- Strong attention to detail and work quality
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous commercial furniture installation experience
Experience installing MillerKnoll (MK) furniture
- Familiarity with major commercial furniture systems and manufacturers
