We’re building the next generation of speaking confidence tools at Radiant: Speaking Challenges — and we’re looking for Gen-Z creators who love being on camera, experimenting with content, and growing their public speaking skills in the process.
Radiant is one of the fastest growing speaking apps in the US. Think Duolingo for articulation to improve articulation, speech clarity, and speaking confidence through short, guided, and interactive exercises. We help users become more confident communicators.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with the founders to brainstorm, test, and execute viral short-form content formats
- Create TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts content centered around communication, confidence, speaking challenges, and self-improvement
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and trying new creative ideas
- Help shape the brand voice and content strategy from the ground up
- Analyze what performs well and iterate quickly on new concepts
Who We’re Looking For
- Gen-Z creator or student passionate about content creation, storytelling, or personal growth
- Comfortable speaking on camera
- Interested in improving your own communication and public speaking skills
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and internet culture
- Creative, experimental, and willing to try bold ideas
- Self-starter who can move quickly and collaborate closely with a startup team
Bonus Points
- Experience growing a social media account
- Editing skills in CapCut
- Familiarity with viral hooks, retention tactics, and trend cycles
