Campus Growth Fellowship

About Chapter One

Chapter One is a Series A startup expanding into healthcare, building AI-driven systems that help businesses scale through automation, growth infrastructure, and operational intelligence.

Chapter One is launching its Campus Growth Fellowship, a lightweight pre-internship program designed for undergraduate freshmen and sophomores interested in startups, growth strategy, and venture-backed companies.

Program Details

  • Location: Remote
  • Duration: 8–12 weeks
  • Time Commitment: Approximately 5 hours per month
  • Compensation: Unpaid
  • Eligibility: Undergraduate freshmen and sophomores

What Fellows Will Work On

Fellows will gain hands-on exposure to startup growth and scaling through activities related to:

  • Growth and distribution strategy
  • Content creation and thought leadership
  • Market research and industry trend analysis

Example responsibilities may include:

  • Sharing startup and industry insights
  • Identifying emerging companies and market trends
  • Contributing ideas for content and growth experiments

Ideal Candidates

We are looking for students who are:

  • Freshmen or sophomores interested in startups, consulting, venture capital, or growth strategy
  • Curious about AI, healthcare innovation, and entrepreneurship
  • Comfortable engaging with professional communities online
  • Interested in learning how early-stage companies grow

No prior startup experience required.
