Vanguard is seeking motivated, people-oriented students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals to join our Entry-Level Manager Program in Tampa, FL.

This in-person opportunity is designed for individuals who want hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, leadership, and team development. As an Entry-Level Manager, you’ll receive mentorship, work directly with customers, support local outreach initiatives, and gain real-world exposure to how a growing business operates.

What You’ll Do

As part of the Entry-Level Manager Program, you will:

• Represent client brands and services through in-person customer engagement and promotional outreach.
• Support the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns, events, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Learn and apply sales strategies to effectively communicate product and service benefits.
• Build customer relationships and help improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and performance targets.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and motivating new team members as you grow.
• Participate in leadership workshops, team meetings, and professional development sessions.
• Track customer interactions and campaign results to identify performance trends.
• Develop communication, problem-solving, time management, and leadership skills.
• Maintain a positive, professional presence while interacting with customers and the public.

Who We’re Looking For

• Based in or able to commute to Tampa, FL for an on-site role.
• Current students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals.
• Interested in business, marketing, sales, communications, leadership, or management.
• Strong communicators who enjoy working with people.
• Outgoing, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Team-oriented with leadership potential.
• Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, athletics, student organizations, or campus leadership is a plus, but not required.
